HartBeat Ensemble Announces 2009 Plays in the Parks!

hartbeatHartford’s HartBeat Ensemble will be presenting their free Plays in the Parks series throughout parks in Hartford in July. This year’s series, “The Economy Hits Home,” is drawn from interviews with local residents who have been impacted by the recession. Hartford poet MIRA will emcee the series.

These plays will be held at 5, with family activities beginning at 4:30 as follows:
July 11 – Elizabeth Park
July 12 – Sigourney Square
July 18 – Pope Park
July 19 – Goodwin Park
July 25 – Keney Park
