Broad St. Fire Leaves Dozens Homeless

The Hartford Courant has reported that a fire on the afternoon of Sunday, June 14 at 1908 Broad Street has left dozens of people homeless.  Thankfully nobody was injured, but the many displaced residents are now looking for places to stay with help from the Red Cross. Update 6/16 – A 10-year-old boy is charged with starting the fire with a sparkler.  (more…)
